Since there are only a few historical buildings in Antigua, there are also no museums in the municipality of Antigua. However, there are many workshops where you may find local artists at work.
For local exhibits, you may visit the Centro de Artesania for exceptional local paintings, intricate handicrafts, historical items and archeological pieces.
