Pájara is known for its traditional architecture. In fact, this is displayed clearly on the building of the Hermitage of San Antonio, which is located in Toto. Since it displays various historical pieces, it was declared an official site of cultural interest.

Pajara inhabitants take pride on its houses with traditional character. Many houses have stonewalls, door engravings and carvings, coated ceilings, and tiled roofs all throughout the towns of Pájara. These houses are preserved by their respective owners.
